I am jitendra,I have 2 sister and 1 brother,my father mother is live,there are major differences between my mother and wife,just I want to know that in future my mother can expel us from father's aquired property..
In my family 1 son of 2 years old is,so he has right in grand father property.

if the property belongs to the category self acquired by your grandfather then he can deprive you and your son from the property and can give to anyone even to stranger.and if the property belonging to ancessostral one then he can not deprive you from your right and same with case to your mother.feel freeto call if you have left any query in your mind.
