U mean spouse....Live in relations are legal now and mistress is what they call are now entitled to 50 % of the property........i.e half of the Husbands property....(.50/50 between the two women)

I agree with Anish, women in such relationships have got rights only to the extent of claiming maintainance, but they are not entitled to inherit any property along with the wife.
