I had booked a 2BHK Flat in eco Village-2 in Noida Extension in the year 2010 with total cost about Rs. 21L.After paying 15% down payment I had been paying rest of the amounts through Home loan.Till now about 85% of loan has disbursed and the falt is still under finishing process.So far builder (Supertech) has offered possession only in one tower,
And now I am thinking of selling this unit and purchase a 3BHK flat for me with the profit earned.
What could be the best time for me to sell this unit?Should I sell it while its still in finishing stage? OR should I sell it at the offer of possession? OR may be should I sell it after taking possession and getting all the registrations done?
And what should be the best approach to achieve this goal, espescially in the light of new Real Estate Bill 2016 passed in parliament?
