C. balakrishan,

Can the same is applicable to Registrar of Companies,?               eg.

A deemed registred co.  attched to / [ under another group of limited  co.; whose shares are listed in stock - exchanges, with NSE/BSE/ etc ]  ;    had acquired deposit, promises to pay interest, makes payment for some time  but after some time creates legal disputes, which will fail in testing, and transfer its rights, shares, stake to third person,?

what sections, law full, actions can be taken, / to curb the issues by investors.?

Pls give light from your views,?

thanks in advance.

To understand your question i am writing here ,

please check and inform to me:

1.Deposited in a company which is not listed[am i correct]

2.But a group company is listed-[am i correct]

3.Paid interest for sometime, now it is not paying[am i correct]

If your answer is yes, First of all You can write to the company with a copy to SEBI and ROC

Wait for a month-the company will come to you -if it is not coming lodge a complaint to

INVESTOR SERVICE CELL IN THE STOCK EXCHANGEWHERE THE GROUP COMPANY IS LISTED  WITH A COPY TO SEBI
