Role of co-owner in lease agreement

Me n my husband have taken combined home loan for a residential flat in Mumbai. That flat is ready and we have got the possession for the same. Now we are thinking of giving this flat on lease. My husband is owner n i m co-owner. My question is_

1.   in the lease agreement, signature of co-owner is mandatory or not?

2.   during registration of this lease agreement, co-owner has to be present or not ?

3.   is there any other role of co-owner during whole lease process?

Lease agreement made with all owners and co-owner  name as licensors part and that time your signature is mandatory..

If co- owner name in lease agreement it has to be present at time of registration. It should be mandatory for registration.

if lease agreement is having signature of only owner and not co owner, will it get registered?
