Desired Information (Pl. do not attempt justification/
explanation/fallacy):
1. Information of the note sheet on the basis of which 3 officials
from Jaipur reginal office of NIACL were permitted to appear in
person on 19th April 2012 at Central Information Commission
(CIC)Jaipur instead of saving public money by attending the prescribed
mode of video conference at Jaipur
2. Headwise Amount of public money claimed by each of 3 officials who
undertook official tour from Jaipur to Delhi and back in connection
with attending CIC hearing on 19th April 2012
3. Information of pending/contemplated vigilance
investigation/audit objection for the tour of 19th April 2012 to Delhi
conducted by 3 officials on behalf of NIACL
4. Information of the name,designation,insurance and academic
qualification of each of the NIACL authority who sanctioned the
tour to each of the three officials for CIC hearing 19th April 2012
As per the last 7 years record of public authority,that is, NIACL
Jaipur regional office:-
5. Gross amount of public money released to each of specific
public servants by way of arrears of wage revision charge sheeted
under the Prevention of Corruption Act* as on the date of release of
arrears.
6. The (a)names of the associations/unions/welfare organizations who
have office bearers.e.g. office secretary** employed within
jurisdiction of your authority charge sheeted under the prevention of
corruption act*.(b) yearwise name and union designation,Salary No. of
such office bearers
7. Headwise amount of public money that was spent by NIACL on/around
19th September 2011 on the occasion of visit of the Parliamentary
committee** official language at Jaipur.
