Rti act: no reply from public authority

Sometimes the public authorities,in order to evade their accountability,prefer not to reply to an  RTI application.

A reminder may be communicated in such an event.

Keeping with the principles of accountability in public life,you are
requested to see to it that a reply is sent to me immediately by
e-mail followed by written reply.
In the event of no reply to this e-mail it shall be presumed that
information is deliberately not provided to the applicant.
