Hi, We are the tenant and the borrower is absconding. Bank is asking us to vacate the flat under sarfaesi act. we are ready to settle the loan amount but now the corrupt bank officials demanding more. I have request them to give me a copy of demand notice but they are not co operating. Can i fie RTI requesting them for
1. Copy of demand notice.
2.Date when was the loan taken, how many EMI'S have been paid so far. How much amount is outsatnding.
Please assist me.
