My wife has submitted complaint to Deputy Commissioner of Police alleging me of dowry and other related allegations.
I have been done with CAW cell proceedings and it has submitted his report to SP office.
I need to get report as well as other proceedings (Dairy proceedings) from the Police deptt.
To whom i should address my RTI and whose name i should prepare draft or IPO. kindly guide.

They have addressed the complaint to Deputy Commissioner of Police. Should i send my RTI to SSP.
Also, let me know to whom all i should copy this to influence them or for moral check.

It might be DSP, and not DCP in states.
If you have sent One RTI, that should suffice.
