Is there a possibility that police reject my RTI on thr grounds that I am running away.

If I ask my father to file RTI for the information related to me in police, is therie a possibility that police reject the RTI on the basis that information related to me can only be given to me and not my father?

better read section 8 of RTI Act .

based on my experience with my friend case, I can say ..

when you are under absconding status how you can apply RTI? Better to address any of your relatives or friends who not on fir/in charge sheet.

And 

. If correpted police filed with unprovable allegations, 99% they simply reply

"A1 is under absconding at this stage we can not provide any information, either he can tamper or influence the vitness"

i made RTI.in my friend case 3 times at fir stage, charge sheet stage and recently on high court stay stage .... Same A1 is absconding

AGREED.  LIKELY INFLEUNCE ON INVESTIGATION IS A VALID GROUND FOR DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR RTI.
