Hi All,
I have received a mail from the Online Gaming Site "www.RummyCircle.com" .I have looked into the site and people who are online playing the rummy game on online.
Can any one give me clear advice whether play online rummy is legal or illlegal in India.

Supreme court viewed the game Rummy is game of skill. A game of skill is legal and a game of chance is illegal.
