The employer that does not pay wages is unworthy of being employed with.
Firm up your next venture.
The employee can lodge a complaint the moment payment of wages is delayed even if by a day.
The salary slip has to be supplied atleast a day before day of disbursement of wages.
You are unnecessarily entangled with bosses and HR.
Download record of attendance and record evidence of demand of resignation and that your salary shall be paid in FnF only (audio/visual/minuted/witnessed). The record only shall help you.
You have the option to escalate to good offices of appointing authority/MD/Chairman etc and narrate all representations i.e. on dated…………………you were informed in office by Mr/Ms…………….that you are promoted…………….and thereafter each incidence (leave the alleged 5 year old incidence at Chandigrah) and our resignation was demanded on dated……………etc and request to supply salary slips of all months and salary of month of…………………..and to withdraw the demand of resignation made by……………..and intervene to let your work peacefully……………………
Try to get a transfer to some near by location or location at your native place.
However the HR and bosses and even good offices may turn vindictive and resort to termination.
