Salary on hold without specified reason

My national sales manager has put my salary on hold. I had interaction with HR but they have not released my salary nor they have given me any specific reason. I had asked them either to release salary or specify reason of holding my salary. Today in 8th Day of next month yet no specific reason given by HR. Query : A) As per Indian law can a employer hold my salary without any given reason (Organised sector Public Ltd Organization) B) Till what time an employee must get his salary in a public limited organised company C) What are my rights as per Law in this situation

Dear Aman,

As per labour law, company has no rights to hold your salary on any reason, inspite of that they have to pay interest on your hold salary too, every private sector has to pay his employee salary within 7 days after completion of working month, if they are holding for more time than this , they have to pay you interest on that amount ..  for legal action contact...

Regards
