Salary received after Resignation

I was a employee in a sub-divisional court of a district court in West Bengal. But I resigned on 5 th April 2021. Still the court has given the salary of April instead of giving releasing me which was sought by me with submitting resignation. Actually the district judge and head of the staff ( Sherestader of the court) is very wicked . They want to spoil of a man by not giving releasing . I asked them that please release me I shall give the salary of two months . But no response from their side. Now what can I do ??

90 days notice is required before resignation according to Service Law.
