I made a sale agreement from a person on 10/8/2011.In that sale agreement i stated that , "Whenever i ask for registration, the seller has to come and register the land to me".But now the seller had already sold that land to someone in the civil court.Now what shall i do.Does the sale agreement made on 10/08/2011 is valid or not valid.Kindly advice me.
