Sale deed and mou

In the MOU document made, in Feb 2024, between landwoners and the builder, we agreed that landowners will receive 4 crores and 2 flats. However, in the sale deed, made on Dec 2022, builder did not agree to mention 4Cr. So, only 2 flats were mentioned in the sale deed.

MOU was done on e-stamp document with signature from the builder. Is it valid in the court?

The MOU can be produced as evidence to prove the cas for recovery of money as per the condition os MOU if the builde is refusing to complay with the conditions of the understanding

If you and builder  both have signed MOU then only it is valid .

Did the owner sign the MOU?
