The process of agreement of sale alone will not confer title to te buyer, if the stamp duty was paid for the entire sale consideration amount at the time of getting the sale agreement executed, then you do not have to pay the stamp duty once again at the time of execution of registered sale deed in your favor.
But it is a similar process to be followed for registering the sale deed..
