Sale deed is possible or not

A,B,& C are brothers and D is step brother of A,B, & C.

A, B & C had a registered gift deed of total 36 chattak which they received from their mother in 1975.

B & C given a gift deed of total 8 chattak to 'D' in 1985.

Now 'B' & 'C' filed a cancellation suit against 'D' which is pending in court.

Now 'C' is very urgent need of money and wants to sell his remaining 8 chattak to 'D'.

1. Is 'D' can purchase from 'C' through registered sale deed and compromise petition from 'C' in the learned court.

2. Sale deed will be valid or not.

1. Yes D can buy his share and compormise by a registered sale deed and the sale deed is valid.

Thanks expert !! Sir one thing more ..

Date of Title suit is on 13th Feb' 2014. So I can't move the compromise petition before that day.

1. Can I make the sale deed between 16th Jan'14 to 20th Jan'14 before file the compromise petition in the learned court.

Will it be valid under transfer of property act.
