I want to know what it means by sale deed - Null and Void. What happens if money is paid to vendors by buyer incase of defective title. is the money returned back to the buyer. Another different example invloving heirs in the property where there are four brothers. One borther purchase the mundcarial house along with land from owner without the knowledge of other three brothers who have their own houses and are not staying for the past 35 years. Can the sale deed be challenged by other 3 brothers and if challenged what happens next. Will the owner of the land returned the money back to first brother. Please coment.
