Sirs/Mams
I want to take one immovable property for doing business
I can not pay him full amount at a time but I need possession of the propert immediately
Now, party agreed
I will pay him only 10% of consideration just now and the balance 90% I will pay him in 9 installaments
But he will give me possession of the said property immediately on payment of 1st 10% as above
What should I make
Whether Agreement to Sale
Or Sale-Deed
please guide

Agreement to sale on 10% paid as advanced amount, with terms and clause of the above stated balance 90%. since it is of the immovable property, registration is mandatory.
