Sale deed registration clause

Hi I need to get a sale deed done of a property.I have doubt that the other party will execute the deed but might not show interest in going to sub registrar office for registration. Can I write a clause in deed itself, "I assure to vendee that I will appear in sub registrar offc when asked by the vendeed for the registration of this deed"

I checked atleast 10 sale deed formats online and didnt find it anywhere, perhaps its suppose to be a clause in sale agreement itself.

Guess there is no harm in writing this point.
