No there is no restriction as far as Indian. You can sell the property to any body to any religion.

But some CO-OP Socities set there rules & regulation about this " THAT ONLY JAIN/HINDUS OR MUSLIMS PERSONS CAN BE MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY "
