Dear Helping Hands,
My wife wanted to withdraw the false case (498A, 3&4 DP Act). we live in Hyderabad. The case is filed in Hyderabad (VII court).
Now I need a Sample withdrawal Draft/Petition/ Form. and Please let me know where to withdraw this case
Is it in Police station (FIR booked and Charge Sheet not yet prepared)
or Is it in VII court
or Is in in High Court
Once the cases are withdrawn we are planning to go to Mutual Concent divorce.
