DV case dismissed in2011 with out any cost no maintance given in dv.
Now she moved to family court filed case of 2008 for maintance.
2010 she filed sec24.
after argument judge pass order 3k for child and for her 4k from 2010.
She stayed only two months after without information she left matrimonial home ,given police complaint in enquiary she aggreed to come back and lead life after delivery of baby,even i filed sec9 also she never apper to court went to sc for transfer in that gap all false case and police complaint given.
I have produced earlier working details she is highly qualified then me MSC IT.when she is with me her salary was 30k.but now in court she told i have do not have job.some site only i am haveing
I have filed diveroce also by withdrawn sec9 after she filed false case.
now she filed sec9 judge also forceing me to take her back he is telling she realised mistake.
sHALL GO TO HC FOR STAY FOR MAINTANCE case SHE IS HIGHLY QUALIFIED THEN ME.
