My car had a starting problem. At a parking, i pushed my car back to get on the road, but i suddenly unbalanced the starring, and my car's driver side gate get stuck to the back glass of another car and it broked the glass and some kinda dent get on the car, the owner of the damaged car file FIR under sec 279. both the cars were OFF and no body hurts in this accident. then what is kind of punishment i can get?
