In my 498A chargesheet a additional charge under sec-406 has been added and there is a list of items that have been added and has been shown are with me. In actual these were always with my wife and she carried these with her except one of the items claimed.
At the date I appear before the court we will have to secure regular bail from the trial court for my family memmbers who are the co-accused though I already secured a bail at the time of FIR. Does these charges of streedhan impact their bail if the other side challenges the bail.....and how the court proceeds generally in such cases.
Please guide how it proceeds in such cases. I can only return what I have and if the list contains additional items that she carried away with or were never a part of the streedhan how can I save myself from such allegations. Can the court pass any orders for such recovery.
