Secession certificate

Respected  Sir ,

I would like to know is it necessary  & binding  on  any person to get Succession Certificate  to  appear  before  any  goverment  othority's  if  my  father is died  & if  I wanted  to  appear  before  goverment  proceedings .

As  I  have  produced  deth certificate  & various  document  which shows  I am the legal heirs  of  my father  but  concern  officer of  Maharashtra  Society  Registration Authority  ( Deemed  Convence ) ask to submit  Succession  certificate  if  I need  to submit  my  replay  in the  matter .

 Please  give  me  your  valuable  feed  back.

Dear Mr.Kailash  Chogle,

Succession Certificate needs to be issued after complying with the requisite formalities with the concerned authority having jurisdiction.   It is advisable that you may contact a competent Advocate.

sir,

If Ur father has nominated any person then that person can appear before government proceedings, if not U will have to file for grant of succession certificate where all the other legal heirs will be made respondents and the entire claims will be distributed among all the successors.
