CHEQUE ISSUED BY A DISHONOURED. LEGAL NOTICE SERVED. NO PAYMENT WAS MADE BY DRAWER. COMPLAINT U/S 138 NI ACT FILED. NOTICE NOT BEING SERVED DESPITE REPEATED DISPATCHES. NOTICES SENT BY COURT RECEIVED BACK WITH REMARKS "ADDRESS NOT CORRECT" IT SEEMS THAT DRAWER HAS LEFT THE PLACE. WHAT CAN BE DONE UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES? IS THERE ANY WAY OF RECOVERING THE MONEY FROM DRAWER OR BRINGING THE DRAWER UNDER LAW?

You might get the address from the bank through which he issued cheque. You can also make a publication in daily newspaper with the permission of court and paste that add in conspicuous part or else if you have his mobile number you can also trace his number through the service provider with the permission from court.
