SEEKING HELP FROM ADVOCATES FROM NAGPUR

I would like to know from any of our members practicing at Nagpur Circuit Bench of Maharastra SCDRC about the mode of funtioning ie. whether the appellants within the jurisdiction of the Nagpur Circuit Bench can file their appeal in Nagpur itself or else it has to be filed only at the principal seat that is at Mumbai.

you can fiel appeal befoer District judge nagpur by invoking the remedy of it see CCCA afhter that you have to go to arbitration and arbitration award can challend in district court only
