My relative's filed a false case aganist my friend u/S 354,353,506,509 of IPC , she informed in the court during the adjournment to the judge that , he has taken her private body pics , the learned judge immediately taken my friend's phone and seized in the court ,
after 10 days the learned judge handover my friend's phone to police ,judge has a power to seize the mobile???
if so can he keep 10 days under seize than handover the mobile for investigation forthwith.
Please clarify ..
