हां, आपको निजी रक्षा का अधिकार है। आईपीसी धारा 100 के तहत जब हमलावर द्वारा किए गए कृत्य से मौत की उचित आकांक्षा होती है तब निजी रक्षा का अधिकार मौत का कारण बनने की डिग्री तक उपलब्ध है। आईपीसी की धारा 102 के अनुसार निजी बचाव का अधिकार शरीर के खतरे की उचित आकांक्षा पैदा होते ही शुरू हो जाता है।
