We bought a house 15 years back and we have not changed any structure of the house including septic tank location. Recently we came to know that, septic tank has been build in place where its belonga to Town Panchayat road. We got a notice from TD to remove it as soon as possible.
we are in a situation that, we cant afford money to rebuild the septic tank in different place and also there is no place to build as the structure of house is like that.
1. Is there any way to handle this situation, Like I am ready to pay amount every year (like tax) to Town Panchayat.
(or)
2. Legally can I get a stay as no place to build the septic tank or with anyother reason?
(or)
3.Please advise how to handle this situation
