Settlement of property

Dear sir,

My father gave unconditional settlement deed for my daughter before 2.5 years ago now she is minor it is self acquired property of my father now my father planning to file suit for challenge the settlement deed which has given earlier by him when my daughter was minor now weather my father can he file suit against settlement deed.

The self acquired property of your father which was transferrred to your minor daughter  by executing a registered settlement deed, cannot be cancelled either unilaterally or through a court order because it involves minor interest, besides the settlement deed is unconditional.  

No suit in this regard is maintainable
