Shall the court order police to lock the disputed house?

When a dispute arises between two brothers regarding a property came from father, one brother is denying to give half share to other, shall the brother get relief if he goes to court?

During the dispute pending in court, shall the judge order police to lock the house, so that no one can enter the house?

If the petioner applies to court to permit both the brothers to stay in the house, during the dispute pending in court, shall the court permit both brother to stay in the house without locking it?

During the dispute pending in court, shall the judge order police to lock the house, so that no one can enter the house?---NO.THE COURT CAN NOT ORDER LIKE THAT

If the petioner applies to court to permit both the brothers to stay in the house, during the dispute pending in court, shall the court permit both brother to stay in the house without locking it?-- YES, PROVIDED BOTH OF YOU LIVING IN THE SAME JHOUSE AT THE TIME OF FILING OF THE PETITION, IE., COURT WILL PASS ORDER " STATUS QUO", IE, MAITAIN THE STATUS AS IT IS

Can you tell me what is injunction order to disputed property? When it is passed? What happens when injunction to disputed property is ordered by any court?

Injunction suit means , restraining other person from doing or executing one act or activity like selling, barring from entring the property, removing one person from the property etc etc

after filling of the suit this order will be passed, provided the person who files the suit proves what he hsays in the court by means of documents.

That activity will stop from doing
