hello,
my father are 5 brothers n 3 sisnter including him.. all five brothers are residing in the same house which is name of my grandfather. all 3 sisters are married and well setteled. my father is eldest in all. i m lone child ( daughter) of my father and got married 1 year back..i had a brother but he passed away 4 years back.. my grand father n grandmother are no more now.. a land is also there in my grandmother's name. a hotel is also there in my grandfather,s name which is running very good.. my questions are as follows.....
in case my father pass away without claiming his share on the aforesaid properties.
1- can i claim share on the house in name of my GF and on land in name of my GM..
2- can i claim share on the income earning in the hotel business.
i will b very thankful for the expert advice..
