Sharers to a gifted property

"A" a Hindu male in the year 1987 donates his landed property of 18acres in the name of grandsons of his uncle though his uncle and son of his uncle are alive. Further he appoints mother of those children as guardian. One of grandsons of his uncle expired couple of years ago unmarried. What shall be the fate of his share. Please rememher donor never wanted his property or portion of it shall go to any other person not even to his uncle or his son and therefore had conveyed his property directly in favour of grandsons of his uncle. What is your reply?

Contact a local advocate and he must be expert in law applicable to Muslims also.  Providing guidance after understanding the entire issue narrated by queriest in one or two sentences is difficult. in open forum particularly in complicated cases without reading such clauses in such gift deed.
