Sharing property between me , brother and sister

Hello, we are two brothers and one sister . Elder is my brother , middle is my sister and I'm the youngest in my family and our parents are no more. Me and my sister want our share ( properties) , that our parents left behind. But our brother has stolen all property holder documents and captured somewhere. He took under all properties , that our parents made for us equally and he is keep threatening to us, that he will make us to leave home and others properties too. We are worried about that , he will going to label his name to all properties. What should I and my sister do now? My bother is married and have one baby , My sister married recently in this year and me unmarried.. All properties and electric city bills are named to my parents.. Plz tell fast because things are going very bad..
