In one ststement she is writting that she is unable to give more dowry as she was not so rich please dont torture, but in the list of false articles 20-25 lakhs has been spend is court allow such type of cases to float in trials ? she dont want to give divorce she wants to stay but want his all items back, what kind of ''want to stay is this'' .... no evidence to physical and mental torture only false verbal allegation in CAW, whether CAW files FIR on the False Verbal allegations even a single evidence is not required ? please reply what will happen in CAW before filling FIR what kind of inverstigation they do to find out the truth ?
