I am constructing an apartment by taking permission from the city Muncipality and in front of our compound there is some electrical polls but one of colony members occupied the public place and complained that I am the occupied but Muncipality also came and inspected that there is violation from side. but due to the fear of colony members regarding their unauthorised occupation with the politics pressure and with the HELP of electrical department from an assistant Enginer shifted the polles and installed in my apartment compound forcibly and tried to resisst.
I would like to the concerned authorities for justice and hence I need to take an advice from you and don't like to appoint the local advocates for other reasons.

First you can lodge a complaint before the higher concerned authority if no steps been taken then seeking local advocate and get suggestion then act accordingly
