My Company is Registered in Delhi, but office is in Haryana - Faridabad and place of work is in Haryana - Rohtak, so I have 2 Questions:
1) Which State labor laws would be applicable on me.
2) Can I approach Labor Commission / Labor Court of Rohtak in case of dispute.
