I need your valueable suggesion about below dispute.
The matter relates to a fartial Land (1 Bigha/17450 Sq. fett. ) in my home town.(Bihar)
We had Purchased a piece of land around 18 Years ago form a Hindu family.
There were three brothers as their father was passed away and the property was on Mother's name then they divided their property and seperated. After some time of the division one of them 3rd One had sold the property to us in Name of (Me, My Mom & My younger Brother coz at that time the registry was not accepetable such a big part (1 Bigha ) of land on one single person's name as per my knowledge) .
Problem start from from there
Now 10 Days ago we heard from unknown source that now after 18 years he had again sold the same property to another person but by hand of His Mother (As his mother is very old) now the the same has been done by the same person who sold the same property to us.He wants to do frud.
we are farming the same land since last 18 years or give on rent to another farmers to fartilise when we don't do farming on the same.
And we had done and doing all the formalties like registry, Dakhil kharij, and as its a fartil land so we have to do an extra formality on yearly basis on government register.
Now here i needs your suggestion what i sould do.
Should i worry. Should i inform to new registry owner if he don't know.
What Should i do please Suggest.
