We all know that Lopal Bill is important as Dowry Prohibition Bill 1959, Banking Service Commission (Repeal) Bill 1978 and Prevention of Terrorism Bill 2002, where the President of India had to convene a joint sitting to remove the deadlocks between the two Houses in passing the Bills. So why not President convene a joint sitting of the Two Houses.
