Siblings not ready to execute will

Hi all,

I searched first before posting, but couldn't find any relevant questions.

We are 4 siblings. My father has written a will clearly for all of us. My brothers are not ready to execute the will now. They are delaying it. One of them is in USA. Can I execute the will without my brothers?

Thanks,
Krishna

Hii

one cannot execute the will before the death of the testator. after death if you are claiming the benifit under the will you need to file a probate petition before thr court and get the certificate so as to get all the properties bequthed to you.
