Well I suggest you should discuss the case file with your hired advocate as he is the one who is going to be your day-to-day professional fixer in court. Forums like these are for quick in / quick out by placing few disturbing legal questions and also if you help yourself by reading say last 500 messages ld. members have particiapted into giving to / fro suggestions then lot of your basic legal querries will become clearer without the need for copy / pasting your case file in forum threads.
