Society transfer fee

Dear Sir, Due to Week Financial Condition of mine i am unable to pay the society transfer fee, and as of now paying my Home loan and other EMI more than my current all family income, and this the same i have concerned to all my society members, But still all respective my society members continuously asking , Forcing and threating me for paying the society transfer fee, what should i do in that case, please help me, i am in trouble , they all are threating us for stop the water supply and etc,
