Hi,
Our building is located in Pune-Balewadi and we have 4 buildings under the same name (total 96 flats)
Now builder is trying to form a society which includes his another project which is located in same sector.
This another project is high class project and ours is economy one.
Both projects have different names but builder wants to form common society and different apartment association.
I would like to know how it's going to affect our building(96 flats)?
what is the difference betqeen apartment association and society?
or what will be more beneficial for us society or apartment?
Awaiting for any guidance/suggestions.
