Currently i have Room in mumbai in grantroad but it is not in my name ,I have purchase agreement copy and my name is registered in society name and i need solvency certificate on my room
I have Society letter ,Agreement copy and Affidevit for solvency certificate and when i asked in old custome house they said we will not provide because you are not owner.
Can i get this solvency certificate for bail application.
i am awaiting valuable inputs from expert
