son's right over ancestor property

My grandfather had one house and 10 acr land. my grandfather died.

My father got 10 acr land from my grandfather by his will.

My grandfather didn't write any will for his house. My father transfered house to his name.

Now my father is not willing to give me(son) land and house.

Do I (Son) have rights over this land and house (ancestor property)?

Thanks for your reply.

If my father tries to sell land and house what precautionary measure i can do?

You are asking precaution. Legally since its ancestral property, your father can only sell with release deed/sale deed signed by you and your sibling's if any. So, if you don't agree for sale, it cannot be sold.

Again, I am neither an attorney nor my opinions are legal.
