whether a legal notice can be send for seeking registration of the sale deed, after the period of the stipulation of time in the sale agreement. ,in respect of the sale agreement which was entered between the parties.that too the notice was sent after an elapse of 30 months from the expiry of stipulated time.

Limitation to file a suit for specific performatnce is 3 years from the specified time limit. Now also you can send the notice instructing him your intention of ready and willingness to purchase the property by paying balance sale consideration

you have to prove that you are ready and willing to have the sale deed throughout from the date agreement.
