Stamp duty

In the court sale, the auction purchaser purchased 1 acre 20 guntas of lands and get it registered by paying requisite stamp duty of Rs.8,475/-. At the time of delivery of property purchased, the court commissioner was notice that the sale deed schedule does not tally with the actual boundary at the spot. Afterwards the execution petition boundary was amended and again the court was ordered to execute the rectification sale deed by court commissioner. Now the question is whether again  any stamp duty on the market value of the property to be paid for registration of rectification deed ?

If the rectification in Sruvey Number, then if the value is different from the old S.No. and present S,No, then the stamp dutybe paid on the difference value.  Otherwise no stamp duty is necessary but registration fee is required.
